🔄 Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days)
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
🛍 Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
If your item is faulty, defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once assessed, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds cannot be directed to a different card or account.
